“Beautiful hotel. Had to circle the block a few times before there was an open space for valet, I don’t know where else there was parking nearby but valet was fine for me. We did room service for two meals and it was delivered fast and tasted really good. Both the bathroom door and the shower door were sliding doors and they didn’t stay shut, they would slowly slide back open about 6-8 inches. “This place was amazing! The view was everything advertised. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood felt safe and parking was no problem! Cincinnati was a wonderful city. The Reds had a fireworks show on the Friday night we were there and it was magical to watch from the balcony. We will definitely be back!”
