「We were directed to valet park when arriving this was not mentioned when booking the hotel room only that parking was available not that it was valet only. Anyway, a very expensive pair of sunglasses were stolen from our car. We have reached out to the hotel but at this point it does not seem to be encouraging that they are going to do anything about it which is extremely disappointing seeing how it was over 300.00 for a 1-night stay.」

「The room smell like mildew the private bedroom door would not close the fire alarm started going off because their battery had been changed at 4:00 a.m. there was no soap or shampoo in the shower the wall was coming off due to the mildew. I contacted management and they fell to even get back to me」
