"The room was the highlight it was clean a spacious. The staff was ok. But the elevators to get to the rooms we’re not always clean the main lobby to get to the hotel lobby left a little bit to be desired. To be honest, the biggest drawback for me is when I booked the room. There was nothing that told me that I had to pay to park. And with it being in downtown, it was quite expensive.. oh and the breakfast was horrible. During my stay, the main hotel lobby was under construction, which didn’t cause a big issue, but there was no heads up about it until you got on property."

"The layout and size of the rooms are the strong qualities. The breakfast was chaotic b/c it was very crowded and difficult to get to the food and there were lines waiting for the next batches to come out. I stayed 6 nights but my room was straightened up with fresh towels only once. There was a guy behind the bar at breakfast who looked like he worked there, but when I asked if he could prepare a cafe mocha, he rudely informed me that he didn’t know how to work the espresso machine. I don’t think that I will stay at this Hyatt Place again. Lots of negative vibes. "

"Hotel and rooms were clean just run down. Furniture in room was pretty marked up. Both head boards were ripped. Pool was not as nice as pictured. There was a lot of hair in the pool water. Restaurant food was okay but service was poor. 24/7 marketplace was convenient however staff both in the evening and morning were very rude. "

"Staff was nice but called several times to ask if they could pick up my signed check for room service. I explained I was on a zoom meeting and would leave it outside. Then instead of coming to grab it, they called again. Not a huge deal but really unnecessary and disruptive. Also disregarded the DND sign the next day when housekeeping came. Nice place. I’d go again but they could do better"
