"Old property that shows wear. Outrageously expensive basics inside the property. A 750 ml bottle of water is $11. A simple breakfast is $40. A simple packed lunch or dinner to take to your room is minimum $50-60. "

"The front staff are not very friendly or accommodating. They don’t greet you and act like it’s an inconvenience to answer your questions. They never even asked how our stay was when we checked out. They could use more training on customer service. We were placed on the 5th floor without a working elevator. From previous reviews, the elevator has been out for at least a month. The room keys stopped working every day of our stay. The restaurant is way over priced and not worth the money. The room was nice and overall clean. The housekeepers do a good job and are probably the only friendly people working there. The water pressure was strange. Only the hot water worked on our sink. The beds were ok, but they sank and not really comfortable. The phone didn’t work. The fridge was fine. The pool was good and our kid enjoyed that. There were pool towels and sunscreen out for us. The restaurant also doubled as a club on the weekends, but it was shut down by 10pm and the music wasn’t crazy loud in the rooms. Overall, our stay wasn’t as pleasant as before the hotel was bought from Best Western. We will likely not be back unless it’s for a one night stay only. "

"The room was not as clean. The bathroom sink had issues and would not drain properly. "

"The property was not in the best shape. Starting with the elevator the floors were dirty it had a smell and it was hot, same conditions continued down the hallway. The room was ok it had a horrible smell, we found a live roach some dead flies on the floor. Bathroom was dingy, the sliding door to the shower came off the hinges we asked for it to be repaired but they never came up to fix it. Most of the staff was nice and the breakfast was alright. Overall not a great experience will definitely not be staying there again."

"They changed me 100.00 when I checked in that I didn’t know about, so I’d like that returned. Also I was under the impression that there was free parking but there wasn’t any. Had to pay an extra 55.00 for that. I feel like I had been taken. "

"We had a blast the room had water and liquor we had to pay but price was good. We got in late so have a care package like that was perfect. The remote control broke so for 2 day we watched the same channel, until keep asking got us a new remote eventually. We had to hunt for an iron. perfect location, very popular I see why. Staff was very nice and comforting. The biggest problem I had no microwaves. Will I book again yes would I recommend Yes."
