“Was disappointed the front desk would not honor the $5 charge for a missing cup stated in their book in our room because they said the cost is $9.99 per the gift shelf price. That made me decide not to go there again and I chose to leave it amicably”

“Had an event to get to for the day. Tried to check in one hour early to a 90% empty hotel (1:15 as opposed to 2:30) by doing paperwork but no access to room and they wanted me to pay extra $50. I declined, left event at 9p to check in then went back to event. Zero customer service. Poor business plan”

“Room was ok. Nothing wrong but just not that nice. Tried to rent the room for a second night but owner tried to double the price because he said it was the last room available. That’s pretty shady if you ask me. It wasn’t peak season yet so we refused the rate and drove down the road a little ways to a nicer stay.”

Seasonal ice cream shop across the road. Beautiful playground within walking distance. Vintage general store and library there as well. Craigville Beach and a couple of small breakfast/lunch spots are down the road and the Inn has a shuttle. Indoor pool was clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this inn.”
