This is a basic clean older motel whose best feature is its location, walking distance to town. We were in Falmouth for my wife to run the Cape Cod half-marathon and we could walk to the start/finish area and leave the car at the motel.

Nice Hotel, Conveniently Located

The hotel is not much to look at on the outside, but the rooms were very nice, clean and up to date. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very nice.

This is a great property, very well located in Falmouth. We had a short stay to catch the Island Queen to Marthas Vineyard ( a few minutes walk away ). The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was good. We didn't use the pool. A few minutes walk to shops and restaurants.

Ignore the exterior of the motel. Room was spacious, updated, clean, and a cute beach theme. Great location, walkable to Famouth Beach and Falmouth shops/restaurants. Super friendly and accommodating manager.

Our brief stay at the Mariner was wonderful. The manager was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Several updates to the rooms including the updated, clean bathroom. Location was superb as it was walking distance to the church (next door) many shops and restaurants on Main Street and the beach. The bike path was also very close and easy to get to which we used to explore Woods Hole, Nobska Point Lighthouse and Old Silver Beach. Affordable place to stay in Falmouth and close to everything.

The hotel is in a great location. We would even consider staying longer at this hotel next time, as the location is perfect for excursions. The rooms are spacious and very nicely furnished. The rooms are of a new standard. The rooms were very clean. The reception was very friendly and courteous. Very happy to stay again.
