“Staff was great!”

“This place was a perfect family spot! It is a hot spring, which was a little slimy but not off putting. It was great for the littles to jump and splash in while also being so thing for the adults. The room (hotel bit) was perfect for my family of 4. I love the idea of going back and trying the cabins. It was an easy beautiful (less than 1hr drive) to bear lake, and also easy drive to Logan. Perfect little get away.”

“The motel staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself was lacking several basic amenities. The TV and the ice machine were both not working, and the room did not have a blow dryer or a coffee maker. While the staff made a positive impression, the maintenance issues and missing amenities made the stay less comfortable than expected. I hope these issues are addressed because the customer service was good.”

“we got the king suit from the pictures on here the room looked bigger then it was, over all it was a clean well kept resort”

“The breakfast was minimal but ok. Room was clean and well located. However, there was a low level hum noise that was intermittent and annoying. The TV would not work because it was a "smart" TV and required something like an Amazon Prime account to use (which I'm not going to attach to a hotel TV). A screw was missing from the door jam locking plate which made the door less secure. We told staff about these things. They couldn't get the TV to work but offered to move us to a room with one……
