"We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet. The outdoor and pool area were wonderful. The home is very nice and kitchen had everything we needed. We would love to rent again. The host was very accommodating to us!"

"Our stay in Rita Ranch was the perfect spot for this trip. Our accommodations were just as seen in photos and even more delightful upon arrival. Our hosts could not have thought through any more special details, including small extras, to make our stay feel like "home". The kitchen was well stocked and beyond what I needed for vacation. The house was close to many parks, national and state, to keep us busy for 5 weeks. The highway up to the airport, downtown Tucson, Phoenix and Scottsdale was very helpful as we used it frequently. Simple town with simple restaurants and easy shopping just down the street with fast food options. Communication with the host was 5-star and almost always replied within the day...if not hour! The pool was beautiful as was the setting in the backyard, but due to cooler temps only went in up to my knees which was fine! Toward the end of our stay...we were tempted to see if we could extend for 2 more weeks! I highly recommend this house for short or extended stays. Enjoy!"

"We had a wonderful time. The house was very spacious and comfortable. My kids loved the game room and the pool. The back yard was huge and we spent most of our time out there. We can't wait to come back!"

"The property was wonderful. Pet friendly with the spacious backyard. Nice safe area for walks. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Not so much for the silverware. The bathrooms were short on facecloths and had a miscellaneous selection of bath towels and hand towels. One of the facecloths had holes in it. The washer and dryer was a nice convenience. The downside was the mattress in the main suite. Horrible. I placed a spare blanket under the sheet to take away from the coils pressing into my back. There were 3 full beds in the ad but only 2 in the house, so no alternative was available. You can't count that stiff fold up cushion in the closet. Overall, I loved the house but I think the owners need to step up their game."

"We very much enjoyed this property. Convenient location which is about a 20 minute drive to most places we wanted to go in Tucson. Comfortable furniture and beds, safe neighborhood, fairly quiet, and clean. The property manager is pleasant to work with and communicated quite well. We would stay here again. "
