「First off they never told us that you have to check in before 9:00 p.m. or else you lose your reservation with no refund. When calling the front desk lady to ask if they had washers and dryers she took the opportunity to let us know at 8:45 that she would not be there past 9:00 to check us in, we were only 10 minutes out and the woman refused to stay! I offered her a tip as an incentive but she had a really bad attitude and said that she was not staying past 9:00. That was not made known to me...
