“Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”

“Everything was lovely! Especially the spa experience, we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and beautiful facilities. We also dined at four of the restaurants onsite and the food throughout the property was excellent!! We are already looking forward to our next visit. ”
