「Excellent location for exploring the Gjirokastër bazaar — right in the heart of it all. Arriving close to midnight made parking a bit tricky to find at first, but once we explored the bazaar the next day we discovered a convenient parking deck nearby with shortcuts that made getting to and from the hotel with our bags easy. Our room had stunning views of the mountains, the castle, and the city below — an unforgettable setting. Highly recommend!」

「We were more than satisfied with our stay. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The food in the restaurant was also excellent (local traditional food). The location is fantastic, offering a beautiful view over the town and being just a few minutes' walk from the castle. 「Tough to get to but nice parking area. Google Maps takes you the wrong way so lookout. My room heater didn’t work and the lights in the bedrooms area didn’t work so had to depend on the glow from the bathroom light which did work. One of two small night stands didn’t work and the one that did had a short circuit so it went on and off. Breakfast was really weak but a very nice effort. This is a small place so it’s great if your expectations are in proper alignment. Location is fantastic....

「Only 1 pool, it’s tiny ! The gym is the size of a hotel room, also tiny The beach isn’t a beach, it’s all rocks lol The hotel restaurant has horrible service but the food was good. Problem is that it took an hour to come out. No kids play areas, no arcade, parks etc. This is a adult resort, not kid friendly」

「Staff went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. It is a beautiful location in the mountains, and the pool is great with gorgeous view of the sea. However, be aware the property lacks amenities. We arrived at 4pm very hungry and were told the kitchen was closed until 7pm and there is no place to purchase any sort of snacks or food outside of restaurant service and they could do nothing for us except to say sorry.
