“The hotel is located in the town of Banff, which is very convenient. The rooms are very cozy and the scenery is very beautiful. There is a hot spring opposite the hotel, and there is a heated swimming pool that children like. The children are reluctant to leave and will come back for vacation in the summer vacation.”

“The mattress is very comfortable and clean, equipped with a dining table, which is considerate. The geographical location is superior, and there are many restaurants nearby, which is convenient. The sound insulation is so quiet. It would be perfect if there was a microwave in the room.”

“I stayed at three BW hotels this trip for 9 nights: Downtown Calgary-3n, Surestay Lethbridge-5n, Airport Calgary-1n. All were spotless, the staff didn't bother me when requested (Lethbridge), breakfast was good and the Lethbridge hallway carpeting was awesome. Could you do something about the weather? “Awesome location just minutes of walk away from downtown Banff. The room was spacious and very modern and comfortable. Parking was easy with an underground garage, although we had to pay extra for it. We stayed for 3 nights and it was pretty quiet at night. The staff was super friendly. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend for its convenient location and comfortable rooms. ”
