「Very helpful staff and willing to provide support to visitors. Interesting experience to live at the mountain. Nice hiking experience during summer. Gondola ticket included in the room fee. Quite value for money if you already decide to take the gondola at sunshine village. For visiting the hotel, people can either take the gondola and shuttle provided by the hotel. 」

「This was an amazing place to stay! We were treated so well from the moment we checked in to when we checked out. There was a complimentary drink upon arrival, chocolates on our bed, and a morning tray brought to our room. The grounds were lovely to walk around and the view from the tower was spectacular! Each room has a different crystal color theme. We were in the Malachite room. The food at the Opal Restaurant was delicious and well presented. I would definitely consider staying here again if...

「We had a very pleasant stay, and I'd rate the hotel as the best I've stayed in , in a long while. Great shower, comfortable bed and pillows, large rooms, blackout curtains and an excellent restaurant.」

「We had a great stay at Prairie Junction in one of the cabins. Loved all the amenities, the cabin & bathroom were so clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer! Will definitely be back. 」

「Room: dated / mattress had springs sticking out of side. Could have easily cut ourselves. Carpet on balcony SO stained & ripped. So many updates would make tge rooms / swim area more appealing. Sad to see it has never seen much maintenace done to the hotel over the years.」
