“The host wasn’t responsive at all, we were told the place would be ready at 5pm and it still wasn’t ready I called to try and get the code to the door he did not answer I had to call support in order for him to respond!! There was also no WiFi which is listed in the listing I called the host for the WiFi passcode and he wouldn’t respond and when he did he said he would call me back in 20mins with the code and he never did !! I wrote him again and he didn’t respond to me the whole 5 days we were……
