「Very Nice. We stayed for four days and felt comfortable. The location of this hotel is wonderful that only takes 5 minutes to the Hollywood Boulevard. The swimming pool is also nice and clean. If I go to the LA again, this hotel will be my first choice. 」

「It’s literally a hidden gem. People probably are avoiding booking it because there aren’t a lot of reviews that’s simply because it’s brand new and it definitely looks and feels that way. It was so clean and it was perfect location and space for my family. I absolutely will only stay here going forward when I am visiting Santa Barbara. Easy check-in, great amenities, perfect location and amazing communication from the staff. 」

「The property itself is really nice, modern, no real complaints. Parking sucks. There was never parking on the same street. Had to park a couple blocks down and thats an uneasy feeling. Communication with the host is really good and fast if needed. 」

「the room was much roomy yet unique 」

「It was a nice area nice condo very clean and very quiet no issues 」

「I randomly found this place as i was looking for some options to fit family of 9 without booking two separate rooms. This place is amazing and charming. It’s new, in soft industrial style but with cozy lounge sets in hallways and green plants. They have fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Every detail is considered for your comfort. The most important thing is the place is super clean, staff is very friendly and polite. It’s facing the freeway but you don’t hear any noise...

「We had a weekend getaway to celebrate my hubby’s birthday and our wedding anniversary. Though the weather was very warm but we truly enjoyed our stay. It’s very quiet and walkable to some stores. It was a very comfy place to rest and relax. The staff that checked us in was very detailed on every thing that we can have or what we can do during our stay.」

「I loved this hotel. It was clean and modern. Really cute touches like encouraging messages in parking spaces and the bamboo garden. Nice vibe.」

「A beautiful place very clean, communication with host was excellent. If you are planning to stay here just a word of advise there is no AC and second the train is very loud expect to be awake by all the way to 10:45. 」

"We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"

"It is overall nice. However, I am a bit disappointed because there is no kettle available in the room and I have to buy the water in the hotel or at convenient store which is quite pricy. I think kettle in room is quite basic. "
