It was a peaceful place to relax after a day of hiking and exploring. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!”

“When you travel and book lodging while away from home, certain amenities are expected. I don’t blame the resort but the owners of the condos. The room was clean and organized however the drain in the bathroom did not function properly while showering. Water accumulated in the bathtub half way up while showering. Dangerous for the elderly. Please don’t rent your condo if it’s not functional.”

“Great place and location. My only complaints are temperature control within the unit and also not being able to keep my car in the garage on check out day as my key was disabled at 10am. I had to move my car to the normal outside lot while we skied that day and having to change in a public outdoor parking lot before driving to catch my flight home in Denver is bot ideal and I should have been able to stay parked in the garage. Besides those 2 things I would absolutely stay there again but would……

“Literally the best place to stay in all of Durango even for short stays. I always come here and had to go to a different hotel one time and immediately regretted not staying at The Leland House. It’s central to everything fun in downtown and so nice you might not want to even leave your room.”

“The property was just as advertised and as appears in the listing. It combines the benefits of a private hotel room and a house into one. We had access to a very nice patio, kitchen and living/dining room, but didn’t have to pay for an entire house. It’s in a commercial area so it s a little bit busy and perhaps noisy for some, but we were not bothered at all. We really enjoyed the walking distance access to downtown and a grocery store.”
