100 out of 10! We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The lady at check-in was incredibly helpful and one of the kindest people we've met. The condo was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. My only regret is that we only booked one night—we definitely wish we had stayed longer! Highly recommend.

The pro: location. I loved that we were right in the heart of the Taos Ski valley, it was beautiful to step out and be in this magical place. The condo was spacious and well designed. The kitchen had everything you needed to bake or cook and have an enjoyable experience. The cons: no air conditioning, as you can imagine in summer it was very hot. I had to open the windows at night because it was so hot we couldn’t sleep. The couch and chairs in the living room were worn out and dirty looking, plenty of stains and that took away from the experience. The bed was uncomfortable. We were on the 3rd floor and when someone was walking on the 4th floor our whole room would shake, the amount of noise was truly insufferable. This is not the hotels fault, but our view was of a parking lot and a cement wall, I wish I knew because we had a balcony and would have liked to see either the village or the mountain.

Right next to lift 1 at the base, where there are chairs to sit and enjoy the view. Comfortable room with full kitchen. Just what I was looking for, a quiet, cool place to escape the heat and do some hiking. If you’ve never done it, Williams Lake is my favorite hike in New Mexico. Prior to July 4 (and maybe after) the restaurants at the ski area are only open Th-Sun. So if you don’t bring food, you have to drive back to Taos.

Our room was in a great spot. It was very clean and cute. One thing to note is that it does not have AC, just a ceiling fan and 1 window. We were there at the beginning of July so it was warm. With the window open and the fan on there wasn't much circulation. The room didn't really cool off until after midnight. Great place, just probably better when not in the summer.

This is 10/10 location for ski in ski out! Friendly helpful staff, cozy apartment with everything you need including cookwares! Perfect for my family with young kids! Loved our stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay. Due the time of year, the food options were a little limited but expected. Quiet, relaxing environment. Our condo was recently remodeled, and the owners did an amazing job. Top shelf all the way. Mitch was more than accommodating, responded to questions and concerns quickly, even with our late arrival. Would definitely stay again and recommend to my friends and family.

The check-in process was extremely frustrating from start to finish. Before our arrival, I received an email and text message with a code to retrieve our room keys from a lockbox. Unfortunately, the information I was sent was not intended for us. We unknowingly entered a room that appeared to already be occupied, which was both embarrassing and concerning. When I returned to the front desk to explain what had happened, the gentleman working there was rude and made me feel as though the mistake was my fault. He then realized we had been given the wrong envelope and exchanged it for the correct room keys and parking passes. Earlier, I had specifically requested more than one parking pass, but he told me one would be enough. Since I had been given the wrong envelope in the first place, there was no way for me to know anything was incorrect. I was also disappointed by how my husband’s service dog was handled. Before our stay, I called to confirm that service dogs were allowed. However, when we arrived with the dog, the front desk employee questioned my husband and then said, “I guess I’ll have to take your word.” I found that comment inappropriate and disrespectful. People with legitimate service dogs should be treated with professionalism and respect.Overall, the check-in process was disorganized, and the customer service we received made an already stressful situation much worse. Other than the issues during check-in, our experience was wonderful.
