We were given no details on how to enter the property so when i finally figured out how to contact the host at 2pm when we were meant to go in, i got a call from another person stating that we couldnt go in as there was a plumbing issue and it was cancelled Stayz had to cancel the booking as they hadnt yet we still had not entry details and had to book alternative accomodation for 7 people at very short notice. 」
