"We got a 2 bedroom suite, and it was perfect for our family of 4 with pre teens. We were on the 21st floor with a beautiful view of the city. We loved that the hotel was inside the Saigon Centre mall because it was pouring rain most of the time we were there. We just ate inside, walked the mall and shopped, enjoyed the air condition, hopped over quickly to Saigon Square for budget shopping, and tried to make the most of our days. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the bathrooms were clean, the living room area was perfect, there was plenty of space, and the staff was very accommodating and helpful."

"This property is unique for two reasons: 1) the types of rooms that it offers families and groups. We got the three bedroom executive suite which was spaciously appointed for Grandpa and Grandma, Mom & Dad, and two kids. We were able to request a rollaway bed which was comfy. We appreciated having washer and dryer in the suite. 2) The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly, and attentive. Front reception, bellmen, breakfast folks were all very helpful. What we didn't like as much: 1) The fitness center is not air-conditioned and felt cramped. Though the pool was nice. 2) The property is clean and well-maintained, but not as modern as others in the city."

"Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this villa resort. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and the villa itself was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. Most of the staff, especially those at the pool area, were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made our stay even more enjoyable. There were just a few areas that could be improved. We requested assistance to have the water fountain in our private swimming pool turned on, but unfortunately no one came after we called. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was disappointing since we were looking forward to enjoying all of the villa’s features. We also found the food policy a bit inconvenient. Outside food is not allowed in the villa, which can be challenging for families traveling with young children. One of the reasons we booked a villa was because it included a kitchen. However, there were no utensils or basic kitchen equipment available for use, making the kitchen essentially unusable. Considering the premium price of the villa, we expected the kitchen to be better equipped. Despite these minor inconveniences, everything else was excellent. The resort is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff’s hospitality truly stands out. With a few improvements, this would easily be a perfect vacation destination."

"We had a three bedroom suite which came with washer and dryer in the room along with detergent. This was extremely useful because my wife was able to do the laundry without having to leave the room."

"We had a wonderful stay at the M Gallery Hotel. The location is incredibly central and convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were kind, sweet, and attentive throughout our stay, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Our room was gorgeous, comfortable, and well-maintained. The only minor issue we experienced was a brief smell of smoke coming into our room. Since this is a non-smoking hotel, we believe another guest may have broken the rules. We informed the staff, and they responded immediately by offering to move us to a different room and investigating the situation right away. Their prompt and caring response showed how committed they are to ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. Even when faced with an inconvenience, they went above and beyond to make things right. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend M Gallery Hotel to anyone visiting the area."
