「I will recommend this hotel the best if you wanna live close to the SGN airport. You can walk to the terminals within 15 minutes. The room was very clean and comfortable. When I arrived this hotel it was hours before I can check in, How ever, I need to take out some stuff from my heavy backpack before I went to downtown. 「Hotel locates on a very busy street so it was inconvenient for transportation. It was advertised as new hotel but there are some parts in the bathroom wasn’t completed or needed to be fixed. Staffs were very helpful, great customer service.」

「The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner.
