“The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool. It’s all inaccurate and not a hospitable experience. It was stressful and it makes me not trustful of Hotels.com I had……

“The apartment was beautiful, clean, roomy and functional. The checking process was confusing because confirmation email from Expedia did not have the owner 's contact numbers. Eventually, I got checked in with the help of a gentleman at Suri rental office and a kid who handled paperwork and handed me the keys. The property owner was also very nice. Love the ocean view from the balcony.”

“We had a really great stay. The unit was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. the bed was especially comfy. I haven’t had too many comfy beds in ! The location was excellent, very central and ideal for the areas we wanted to explore, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and sights nearby. The host was also very responsive and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and easy from start to finish. Next time I come back to Ho Chi Minh I will definitely be re-booking……

"Upon check in they placed me to a wrong room type (booked king suite , checked for 2 single bed). They fixed it upon my request. But i was late for my work call (in room) hence. And next morning also they followed up to offer me a governor king suite type, which i respectfully declined as not needed (same size and layout, with a balcony for view but that cant be walked into). I appreciate their active follow up. They Still need to fix why my booking not shown as what i booked through hotels.com though."
