“En la habitacion las patas de las camas estan salidas hacia afuera y mi esposo se pegó y se rompió el dedo del pie, Tuvimos que ir al hospital con la emergencia y el Manager del hotel solo nos dió la direccion del hospital. No nos ofreció ningún apoyo de ningun tipo, ni económico, nigun seguro de accidente médico, ningun servicio de emergencia, ningún reembolso por la habitación, nada. Teníamos dos habitaciones rentadas para ese fin de semana.
Muy mal servicio en ese aspecto.”

“We were situated in "Sunset C" cabin.
It needs an overhaul!!
My husband was very upset .....bathroom was tiny!! No mat in the slippery tub; my husband slipped and fell out onto the floor. ( after requesting a mat, a female assistant brought one).
The entrance door frame around entrance door was NOT fitted to the door.... gap of 1/4" at least with light shining thru the space.
More than 2 switches/outlets did NOT WORK in Sunset C.
I believe the newer buildings are probably very nice!! But……
