"The suite was great. The only complaint I have is that the upstairs sink area did not have a pocket door to shut while you get ready. If others are still sleeping the light from the bathroom sink area will shine into the sleeping area. "

" I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Residence Inn Bend, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The room was not only spacious and comfortable but also impeccably clean, which made me feel right at home. I appreciated the sense of safety throughout the property, adding to the overall peace of mind during my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a great selection of items to start my day off right. There was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Additionally, having a bar on-site was a nice touch, providing a perfect space to unwind in the evenings. I also took advantage of the hot tub, which was a wonderful way to relax after a day of exploring Bend. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to de-stress. Overall, I can't recommend the Residence Inn Bend enough. Great service, superb amenities, and a welcoming environment made my stay truly enjoyable. I will definitely be back! "

"The woman at the front desk is an absolute doll. Kind, caring, sweet, and respectful. The room we stayed in, the King Suite, is like a mini-apartment. If I ever needed an extended stay, I'd pick here just based on her and the room design; living room, dining, minimal but helpful kitchenette, with a separate bedroom with a Jacuzzi tub, decent shower pressure, and a barn door style sliding door to separate the living space from sleeping. Not only that, they accepted both of my pups with no issues. I will say, the man who handles complications and check-outs, is a bit on the gruff side. Upon arrival, we noticed neither remote worked on the living room TV and when he came to fix it, he rudely grabbed the remote from my hands while I was trying to use it. He also accusingly questioned me about having my 2 dogs confirmed by the Office; they already had been. Following that, there was a misunderstanding with booking, and he notified my boyfriend once, then myself, separately, to get out despite knowing we had booked it for 3 nights; Expedia glitched on their end. Beyond him, the stay has been near perfect and 5 stars is for the woman at the front and the rooms design alone. Would recommend!!"
