“Really cute little apartment, good sized unit. Location is very walkable to all parts of Telluride. There was some construction on the street right outside September 2026 but that won’t be going on forever. Walking around the building and finding the unit the first time can be a little confusing and there’s two doors to the unit so I suggest finding the front door before you bring all your luggage up. Parking can be a limited though, as I mentioned earlier the street was under construction which……

“The property is located in the beautiful mountains surrounded by a golf course. The room was nicely updated and comfortable. The restaurant at the golf club has excellent food and great views of the mountains with outside seating. Check in and communications with the hosts were excellent. Highly recommended stay. Rich”

“What a wonderful condo! The location is fantastic. It’s beautifully decorated and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable. Excellent steam shower. On-site parking is very helpful as parking in town can be challenging. We didn’t move the car once there as we could walk everywhere. Owner was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this home!”

“Condo was clean with plenty of amenities. The condo property itself is a bit outdated and could use some TLC on decking, etc. The hot tub was missing a lot of tiles, but otherwise clean. We had a good time while there.”

“We had an amazing little vacation in Telluride, and this condo was a great place to stay!! It is in walking distance from everything you need! Market, liquor store, the town square, the gondola, shuttle/bus stops, restaurants, shopping, etc!! Every single person we spoke to in Telluride was incredibly friendly and helpful! The hike to Bridal Veil Falls was quite challenging but very worth it! I have my ankles fused, so it was a bit of a struggle for me, but I was determined to make it! We also……

“Great place to stay in Ouray!”

“Quiet, clean condo with all the supplies we needed for a 3 night stay. Close to town but also by the river. Peaceful, relaxing place. Very enjoyable.”

“We enjoyed our time in Telluride despite this particular unit being in need of many repairs, cleaning, and maintenance. Note: I do not often leave negative reviews because I believe that most property owners do their best with the real estate that they have. This property was a tough one for me.The keycode on the door broke the first night after we arrived - Wendy said that she would repair it the next day but never did. We had to let ourselves in through the front window, which we had to leave……

“Very clean and great location. Loved the back deck where we sat to watch all the walkers on the riverside trail.”

“We enjoyed everything about this property. It was easy to check in/out, we had everything we needed, and it was clean and comfortable.”
