「Room was clean and everything worked」

「Staff is polite and quick check-in. The room spacious and organized. But the chairs are stained and bedspread is somehow spotted.」

「The best thing about the HH was the breakfast. Food was good. Breakfast lady was nice & kept it clean. First impression when we walked in was very unfriendly. No hello & could barely hear her mumbling. Then checking out, I reported our toilet was broken when we walked in. We just dealt with it. Kept the back lid off & fixed the chain at every use. No real apology about that - just took the room number. We stayed there going to Florida & then driving home. But sorry that’s our last...
