2/10 Terrible

"I made reservations online. Change in plans. Cancelled within 2 hours of the reservation. Online cancelation is bogus. Didn’t there cancellation. Charged 134$ abs did not get a refund. I had 24 hours. This was a scam!!"

Riverwalk Casino Hotel

4/10 Poor

"Very dirty rooms and public areas, Smoke from Casino wafts into lobby and restaurants. In an almost empty dining room we were denied sitting by windows to see the "view" of river. We were told this was because the window seats were reserved for a large group (group never materialized while we were eating)."

"Good experience overall. Bathroom could be cleaner - I saw long hair on the floor at multiple places. The staff could be a little friendlier and faster. It’s not a bad hotel. Very good budget hotel, I would say. The shower area was clean, the shower pressure was amazing and I had a good nights sleep in their comfortable bed. Overall, a good experience."

"Upon checking in my room had pillows had makeup on it and the other bed had long hair on the sheets. The pool was closed my entire stay and while I was checking out the manager comes to me and says we’re going to open the pool at noon. The only thing and person that was nice is the breakfast and the guy working the kitchen was awesome. I will never stay here again. I was so disappointed with the Hyatt location."

"I stayed because of the jacuzzi tub; it wouldn’t fill stay filled; the plug wouldn’t stay in place. The ambient led lighting couldn’t be turned off. So the room was a red glow. Very noisy, someone playing saxophone. Terrible, and packed and went to the Hampton Inn. Never again"

"I love that they have hard floor. No carpet. All hotels that allow pets should have hard easy to clean floors. Not very many amenities but just traveling and staying one night it was the perfect place when traveling with a pet. Well lit outside no worries about being out after dark."
