「The older gentleman at check in was very kind and thorough. Explained breakfast and other amenities. The room was great as was the lobby and the breakfast. The hot tub was a plus as we had spent the day traveling.」

「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」
