The steep stairs to the attic lack a handrail and the older members of our family didn't feel comfortable going up there. I was nervous about our 2 kids going up and down those stairs as well. My parents then suffered an emergency with their dog and Kristin was extremely accommodating... going way above and beyond! I cannot praise Kristin enough! I would recommend this VRBO to everyone!」
