"The Oakdale Inn was wonderful! My wife and I stayed overnight while visiting family in the area, and are already planning to stay at the Oakdale when we return. The facility is delightful, with sitting rooms and clean, comfortable bedrooms. The breakfast, prepared and served by the excellent innkeeper, was fantastic and sent us on our way quite full and ready for the day. We highly recommend the Oakdale Inn, and cannot wait to return! "People were absolutely awesome at the Good Place B&B. I felt so welcomed during my entire stay, from checking in to check in out and every breakfast in between, which were great and delicious by the way. A great place to spend a few days away in nature, but a close drive to many historic locations and natural attractions in the area. The rooms amenities could use some improvement (new towels and linen come to mind). Other than that, I would definitely stay here again. "
