“Great area”

“We were there on April 7th and the air conditioner did not work properly. Instead the heater went n and could not be turned off. The room temperature reached 80 degrees. No maintenance on site to help. We complained to desk staff who took our phone number but we never received a phone call back. We were having a good experience until that point.”

“The breakfast menu was very selective, hot, and tasteful. The room was clean and the staff was very professional and customer service oriented. The air conditioning was great in my room. I would highly recommend this hotel and certainly always pick it when I stay in the Memphis area.”

“This place is a cute lil gem. Clean comfy cozy oh did I say safe! The parking lot is tight! And you have to back out of the fence so if you’re terrible at going in reverse then. We did see some parking near the back that was pretty straight forward. They took everything into account to the smallest detail. I will definitely stay here in the future.”

“Room was nice. Staff was courteous. Beds were very comfortable Only 2 issues really. Lights for indoor pool were not working. First night staff on hand left the pool open, our kids didnt mind as it was not pitch dark. 2nd night we came back at 620 pm specifically so the kids could have aĺl the time they wanted to spend at the pool but staff member closed it 2.5 hours early due to the lightng. “We stayed in room 122. Unknown to us. The room was near a public restroom. All night long the door slammed from individuals going in and out. An easy fix would be adjusting the gas shock to soften the door closure, or at minimum add rubber bumpers to stop the loud bang every time someone enters or exits. Horrible experience.”
