「Nice staff and well maintained property. The only issue, aside from the small room, was the bar and grill. It’s a very popular watering hole and loud drunks congregated outside our room on multiple occasions. The police even came to arrest one person who was out of control and screaming senselessly so, not the most peaceful place to getaway. 」

「I recently stayed at the Budget Inn in Cocoa Beach, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The property looked nothing like the photos advertised online. What was shown as clean and inviting turned out to be quite the opposite in person. The room was not properly maintained—there was a noticeable odor as soon as we walked in, and the floors, bathroom, and bedding did not appear clean. It felt uncomfortable to even settle in. 「This was definitely a budget stay. The property seems pretty old and rundown, and that carried into the room. The not so good: the smell of cigarettes was immediately noticeable when walking in, the floor had clearly not been swept as part of cleaning the room, the sheets on one of the beds were stained, all of the lighting fixtures and the microwave were quite rusted, and there was no security latch present on the door. The okay: the AC worked, outlets worked, and the curtains could be drawn...
