The front desk ladies are completely miserable. The grounds are dirty and disgusting. They advertise a pool, but it’s green and closed. Don’t stay here!

The hotel is older which is fine, but the room wasn’t the cleanest. Our floor had something greasy all over it, and it was just plain dirty. The pool is drained so don’t expect to take a swim.

I wish I could give it a 0 star rating. We booked a night to stay in before our cruise. When we first walked in all i could smell was cigarette smoke. The front desk lady instantly picked up the phone and told us that their system was down and they had no wifi so they couldn’t check us in. After awhile of waiting I finally decided to stay somewhere else. They marked us as a no show and wont refund us even though it was their fault. Would not recommend this old run down motel at all. Even if you are just staying the night

Don't stay here - very sketchy and the pool has been out of order for who knows how long. The front staff (Mandy I think) was nice but we got locked out of our room for hours and she handled it as best as she could by moving us to an "upgraded" room which was the same very basic design. The kicker was that the maintenance man that came unbeknownst to us opened the room and left it WIDE OPEN with all of our valuables, cash, my laptop etc. for god knows how long and nobody told us. I just happened to see it when I went to check on the progress. If all of our belongings had been stolen (totally possible, lots of seedy characters around including obvious drug dealers) it would have ruined our cruise vacation the next day. Overall I was worried about bugs, crime and everything else...I don't know what I was thinking...oh yeah...it's only one night, the pictures look fine - THEY ARE A TOTAL LIE. Spend the extra money and stay somehere else. I feel badly for the people working there...management/owners should be ashamed though.

first. the gps locating was incorrect on both apple and google. asked a retired gentleman to find it. when we got there and after checking in we saw that the pool was about 1/3 full and looked like it had been abandoned. we got to the room and there was a a large chunk of floor tile missing and it did need to be painted and updated. It looked nothing like the pictures. We left and did not stay. Expedia refused to refund our money. All we wanted was a clean and safe room to stay in after a long drive. I wonder how many people leave without staying and lose their money. Motel 6 needs to remove their name from this location, We were very disappointed.

Pool was not open. Black and nasty with a smell. Mold on the outside of the buildings. Door to our room was broken, they tried to spackle repair it which was falling apart. Shower curtain was missing, so water splashed all over the bathroom. Sand all over our room floor and piles of dirt and sand under the beds where they just swept it. Had to request they change the bedding when we first got here. Room refrigerator was sticky with dead bugs.

The staff was very friendly, the grounds could use some work, you can tell they’ve made some upgrades to the rooms. The bathroom of my room was disgusting. There was body hair all over the shower walls from someone that wasn’t me and it was more than just facial hair. If your looking for place to stay for a guys trip while your in your early 20’s this is the hotel for you. If your desperate for a place to stay go one night this is an option just don’t have high exceptions. Would I stay here again? If it was a quick one night stay that was just a place to sleep maybe, but next time I’ll probably pay the extra $20-$30 bucks and stay some where else.

This was a pre-cruise stay, and it was hands down one of the most disgusting hotel experiences of my life. We took our shoes off for only a few minutes and the bottoms of our feet and our socks were completely black from the filth on the floor. That alone tells you this room was never properly cleaned. To make it even worse, there was pubic hair stuck to the shower walls. This room was not just dirty—it was unsanitary and revolting. When I reported this to management, I was told there was “nothing they could do” because the booking was made through Expedia. That excuse is unacceptable. While I was standing at the front desk, two other guests were complaining about the exact same thing, which proves this is a known, ongoing issue that management clearly does not care to fix. This place should not be allowed to rent rooms in this condition. It is absolutely disgusting that Expedia continues to sell rooms at this property. This experience was so foul that it has shaken my confidence in hotel cleanliness altogether and even affected how I felt going into our cruise. I am still disgusted thinking about it. Avoid this place at all costs. I will seek a full refund including all taxes.

The room was spacious clean with all the amenities. The front desk clerks were very friendly and professional. The hotel is walking distance to several restaurants, shopping and the beach. It offers cruise parking fee for only $5 a day. The port canaveral is only 5 miles away.
