“Clean pool, great breakfast, clean rooms! Next visit to PSL, we will definitely stay at Best Western!!”

“Kitchen had a couple sets of dinnerware and pretty clean. Unfortunately, the pool was closed at the time of my visit.”

“Had to Call 911 as the Staff refused to act on the Teenagers running around and screaming at 2:15am and again at 3:30 am. The sign inside the rooms clearly states 10pm is quiet time and those breaking it will be asked to leave without a refund. Multiple people complained in the morning but we were the only ones to call the police and the management. They never even offered to comp our room for the night or apologize. Still waiting for the owner to call us!”

“Nice location, room was large with patio. Enjoyed walking to dinner. Room a little musty and we did not get housekeeping despite requesting it online at check in. We would not hold this against them and would return. Old Florida chill vibe that we liked. ”

“It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. We’ll definitely live there next time we……

Quiet location, across the street from the path to the beach, beautiful beach and chairs/umbrellas/wheelie available at Inn, heated, clean pool a bonus, they accept dogs, and Amy is very friendly and helpful. Only a couple of miles from the center of Vero. A great little secret find!”

“I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. If I could not give at least one star, I would definitely give it a zero. The floor is old, the sheets and pillows are stained, the wash basin and shower room are visibly yellowed, the paint is falling off, the small refrigerator and microwave buttons are not working, it is simply a large disaster scene. I am sure and I definitely hope that others can stay away from this hotel. I say it three times: stay away! Stay away! Stay away!”

“This hotel could not be located in a more ideal location to enjoy the beach, shops, restaurants, and entertainment! They save prime parking spots for guests! The enclosed green area was perfect for kids to play and people to gather and relax. ”
