“At 2 in the morning after PREPAYING FOR two nights and t road trouble they refused to check me in!!!! I’ve never been treated by an extended stay this way. They were going to book me anyway for the late arrival but to refuse me a check-in so late with NOWHERE to go I literally slept in the WAWA gas station parking lot down the road…. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Literally the worst service on EVER received”

“A little dated”

“The room was dirty, our socks turned black, the ceiling had several black globs of something on it. The water quit working as we were going out for the day. when we got back it was back on, but there was a puddle of water coming out from under the bathroom floor. We cleaned it up and no more came out so we didn't call the front desk. Later that night as we went to the bathroom out socks keep getting wet, but couldn't see where it was coming from. Turned on all the lights and it was coming up……

“The pool was green and the property is in an industrial area. Not very conducive to sleep. There was some kind of engine or machine running next door continuously and was very noisy. The front desk person was not very helpful. The room was clean, but they demanded a 100 dollar security deposit for any damage. I took pictures of the room and the damage already there when I got there. The toilet connection was hanging off the wall and one of the floor boards was damaged. Wouldn't recommend……

“I didn't like that the pool was not well kept. The water was murky i brought bathing suits with me but I couldn't get myself to go in the water. It did not look clean. Also I didn't realize it was a dog friendly hotel until I heard a dog barking outside my door. Luckily I always bring a fitted sheet and pillowcase with me, because I guess the dogs can sleep in the bed too. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was nice and they kept coffee and tea out all day long which is nice. Sometimes……
