“What a fabulous hotel! Location is perfect for travelling around Liguria, with the ferry boat only 2 minutes walk. 10/10 for cleanliness and maid service. The room was nicely furnished and had a beautiful terrace overlooking the harbour. Breakfasts had a good selection of deli, fresh fruits and yoghurts. What made this hotel truly special was the staff. They could not do enough for us, and made our stay memorable! Will definitely be returning!”

“Booked at Hotel Villa Alberti after looking at a few different properties in the area. We loved our stay and would likely book here again if we were to return to the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough to accommodate our 3 suitcases. The bathroom was great with a decently sized shower that never ran out of hot water. I believe we may have been upgraded to a slightly larger room than we booked, so that almost certainly made our stay even more pleasant. My husband and I……

“Good location. 15 mins from the train station to the hotel. From the hotel to the beach and town it's only take 5 to 10 mins (depends where you want to go). This hotel have the best coffee during braekfast in town. Staffs are quite helpful. However, there is one day the staff forgot to make the room and the air-conditionar is not working well on the first day. But the next day they fixed it. ”

“All the hotel staff was so helpful providing directions & helping us book dinner/ferry reservations (and to my surprise, spoke English fluently)…and the breakfast was amazing! Best breakfast I’ve experienced, and I travel a lot! Parking was a little tight, but expected. Best to catch the train in to Santa Margherita & rent a moped & use the ferry to Portofino (15 min each way).”

“I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.”

“Séjour très agréable dans un appartement tout confort et très design.Un ou deux points : le radiateur des deux salles de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Le robinet de l’évier de la cuisine était mal fixé, instable. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lave-vaisselle. Un peu plus de vaisselle serait très apprécié. Et avec un lave-linge, nous resterions une semaine de plus ! Sinon, merveilleux séjour.”
