「This was such a fantastic experience. First of all, sori is a wonderful little town that had a great atmosphere. This was really embodied in this hostel, the host Ivan was so incredibly kind and welcoming and always ready to help with anything we wanted. The place was clean and the kitchen facilities excellent. All the people there were so nice and it’s easily within walking distance from anything you would need. Highly recommend!」

「We had a pleasant stay at Rex Hotel Residence and wished we could’ve stayed longer! It’s an old-school hotel where you leave the key at the front desk rather than take it out with you, unless you’re returning after midnight. 「Luigi is a welcoming host. Our room was tastefully decorated with lots of interesting books on art and philosophy. 」

「The hotel is on the third floor in a building. The room has high ceiling and is big enough. The breakfast room envirinment is nice and the staff are nice. But the room facing the road is noisier at midnight.」

「No common areas like traditional hotels, otherwise just like any hotel (you just have to ring the bell at front door to get in). Clean room, silent air conditioning in the room, friendly staff and a good breakfast. I would come again! Location is very good, near both Genova Brignole train station and Piazza de Ferrari, which is a plus.」
