“Staff were all helpful, friendly and always welcoming and approachable. Nothing too much trouble and they made the effort to get to know you. The childrens entertainment team were excellent, they put enthusiasm into everything they did, despite doing it everyday they always put the same amount of energy and effort in as if it was the first time. Rooms were clean and views of the mountains wonderful, peaceful and beautiful. Pool area always clean. Restaurant was excellent, good choice of food……

“Excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. “The hotel was in a pedestrian zone but you are allowed to park outside the hotel to unload and load bags on departure. We paid for parking in an offsite garage which was a little walk away but doable. Staff are very friendly and helpful once you arrive. I had trouble communicating before arriving. Breakfast was wonderful with many options. We would stay again ”
