「Staff were all helpful, friendly and always welcoming and approachable. Nothing too much trouble and they made the effort to get to know you. The childrens entertainment team were excellent, they put enthusiasm into everything they did, despite doing it everyday they always put the same amount of energy and effort in as if it was the first time. Rooms were clean and views of the mountains wonderful, peaceful and beautiful. Pool area always clean. Restaurant was excellent, good choice of food...

「Beautiful property close to the water and shopping area. Had an amazing dinner at their restaurant and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. This was our second time staying here and will do so again in we find ourselves back in Riva del Garda!」

「Wonderful hotel in the heart of Riva Del Garda. Close to everything. We really enjoyed the included breakfast every morning. The only inconvenience is that there is no onsite parking and we had to find offsite garage which was difficult at times because it is peak season with lots of visitors!! 」

「The hotel was in a pedestrian zone but you are allowed to park outside the hotel to unload and load bags on departure. We paid for parking in an offsite garage which was a little walk away but doable. Staff are very friendly and helpful once you arrive. I had trouble communicating before arriving. Breakfast was wonderful with many options. We would stay again 」

「Wir waren eine Woche im Hotel Europa. Die Lage ist zentral in der Altstadt und direkt am See gelegen. Die Piazza Catena hat einen tollen Flair. Das Team des Hotels hat dafür gesorgt, dass der Aufenthalt ein unvergesslicher Urlaub wurde. Im Hotel wurde auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit geachtet. Der Concierge-Service beantwortete alle Fragen und war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstückbuffet ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen.
