We had a wonderful stay! The bed and linens were super comfy, softest blankets! High chair and baby toys available for our 10 month old were a pleasant surprise. Excellent communication from property owners and I love that they don't require a "chore list" before you leave. Very friendly and easy process all together. We will be booking again next month!

This was absolutely such a great place to stay! The whole flow of the house is great. One car garage attached was so lovely, the location was so convient and easy to get anywhere! Highly recommend the guys running it as well, so great and very informative about everything! 10 out of 10!

The house was centrally located to downtown Spokane. The house was super clean and the host was responsive on the check in and out process. I would recommend on staying here if you are visiting Spokane. We had friends stay next door in Unit A which made our stay more enjoyable.

Fantastic place to stay!

This is actually my second time staying here. The owners have great communication the place is spotless and kept up really well. The fenced in yard is a huge bonus for pets and they are in a great location for everything in spokane. They also have great amenities in the house. Highly recommend staying here. Id give it more stars if i could.

The place was very clean and nice amenities but the neighborhood a bit rough...pet.friendly, though the next door nehibor had a big dog that she would let out the same time our dogs where out....felt bad about our dog barking back...small lake in the alley way infront of garage :)

Everything was absolutely perfect! The was super clean, smelling great, nice new furnishings, and very spacious for my family and dogs. Wonderful pet friendly place

We stayed 3 nights at this cozy, clean home. Our family of 3 and our dog "Bella" had plenty of space. The garage was a plus!. The kitchen has everything you may need and all the appliances are great. We loved the coffee maker. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms with shampoo and conditioner (we always forget to pack toiletries). The location is fantastic, close to everything in Spokane downtown and very safe. The best part was the host. Super friendly and easy communication. We visit Spokane often and we will definitely stay here again!

AMAZING Property!

This unit was absolutely perfection!!!!!! Believe it or not even better in person than the pictures!!!! Ryan is an amazing host, super responsive and super kind!!! This unit is huge!! Has a perfect front yard and backyard fenced in. The showers were absolutely awesome!!! Everything was very nice, very clean, very comfortable! This will be the only place I will stay at when I come back to Spokane hands-down!!!! Thank you Ryan so much I can go on and on and on about how lovely this property is!

Really a nice place

I looked for so long thru all the homes in the area. We settled on this home. We were able to make our home away from home easily. It’s clean. That means a lot. I hate getting somewhere only to feel like I have to clean to be comfortable. It was central to downtown for dinner and entertainment. Covered parking was a benefit. The yard wasn’t in get shape but that wasn’t important to us at all and would be my only negative.

Perfect in every way!

Literally, this beautiful home, suited our family get together perfectly! It held our six adult and two small children family comfortably and happily. The home had a WELL stocked kitchen in the cupboards and refrigerator. Barbecue was clean and ready for use. We appreciated the fenced yard for the two little girls and their dog. The bathrooms were clean. The bedrooms were comfortable and cleverly appointed with a dresser in each. Our two little granddaughters learned to play Pokémon with the machine in the living room! Toys, books and games were available for every age. This home was the best place we’ve ever stayed in and the host is the bestest! 😄
