Perfect for large group

This house is perfect for large groups. The hosts is great and always accommodating. Location is in the business district but it’s perfect as you don’t need to worry about bothering the neighbors.

Second time staying here.

This our second time staying here. It us a great family rental. We stay here in order to go to Silverwood. I cannot say enough about the owner of this property. He is so awesome to deal with and very helpful and kind. You can easily communicate with Rick. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Family gathering

This home worked fine for my family for our Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen was stocked well with all kinds of tools to use, which made preparing meals a breeze. There was plenty of sleeping space for us and lots of variety in activities for the children of all ages. One challenge is that there is not a yard, but there is a huge "mat area" that worked well for working the wiggles out. Second challenge was the people who stayed before us, apparently they left the home in bad shape, which delayed our access a bit, BUT the cleaning team worked hard to make it clean and ready anyway. We appreciated it. The home was welcoming and comfortable, we were able to do family things like put together a puzzle, laugh, wrestle, dance, and of course enjoy games, food and fun. The best thing is the history and story of the place--my family loved it, they were inspired and encouraged by the character and purpose of the home. Rick was great to deal with and friendly as well. And group text went out after World title match victory the other day. Congrats and thank you.

Wonderful, fun, clean house

This was just the house we needed for our family and friends and the broad range of kids we had with us. Rick, the owner, was super easygoing, available, and kind. He totally helped my kids figure out the gaming system the first night. Very interesting place. Thanks so much Rick!!

Parking was very helpful, but dusty, gym was fun. Home was simple, comfortable and clean. Priced reasonable, accommodated our large group. Very pleasant interactions with the host, we enjoyed ourselves!
