Positive: the host was very timely in responding to questions. The property is as advertised as far as amenities. It includes kayaks, ping pong, board games, hot tub and outdoor gas fire place. Negative: the yard had broken glass along the ‘beach / kayak launch area’ in the grass. Also, of important note, the outside AC compressor is mounted to the wall along 2 of the bedrooms. It is extremely loud and prevents sleeping. Our rental was during a period of cool nights so we were able to turn off the AC during the night. But if staying during hot months, this would be something to consider.
