“This is a really nice independent hotel with a lot of charm. The location is great and the views are wonderful. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. We have stayed twice and will try and stay here every time we visit. If they had a food option on site, this would be amazing, but the town is a short golf cart ride away. Highly recommend for any stay in Southport. ”

“The hotel was nice, but not up to the expected standards. There was only one elevator working, the breakfast was fair, the pillows were miniature, and the A/C was noisy. Theses are minor, I know, but somewhat agravating. The guest, (which was not your fault, were slaming doors until 2AM.”

“The room is clean, but the soundproofing is very poor—you can hear people chatting in the next room very clearly. Those who have trouble sleeping should be especially aware that the refrigerator is very loud. Since it’s a freezer model, there’s a loud gushing sound every ten or so seconds. Even if you unplug the refrigerator, the noise won’t stop immediately; it won’t stop until the freezer compartment returns to room temperature.”

“Beautiful room, looks brand new and was nicely appointed with very nice furniture. The fridge was retro and cute, bed was very comfortable. Some dustier floors than I would have liked but sometimes this is to be expected in beachy environments. This was nothing major, overall the room was lovely and comfortable and I would recommend this as a great place to stay. ”

“So many postiives to write here. 1-the location is superb. One block from the water and a couple of blocks walk to some of the best restaurants in town. The Oyster bar was so good we visited twice. 2- The B and B is perfect. A very warm host who instantly made you feel at home. There is a happy hour with draft beer every day! 3- The room is perfectly spacious, immaculately clean 4- Whatever you need, the host will provide. I wouldnt recommend this place for families, but for couples its……

“Lo mejor sin duda fue la ubicación, se podía caminar desde allí al centro y a la playa. También me gustó la limpieza del lugar. Las camas fueron cómodas y en general todo funcionó muy bien. Solo no dejó 5 estrellas, porque creo que el área de juegos debe mejorar. Disfrutamos de la mesa de Ping pong, pero solo después de limpiarla, porque estaba muy sucia y llena de polvo, al igual que otras cosas que estaban ahí. Con un poco de preocupación por ese espacio, quedaría increíble. Sin embargo,……
