4/10 Poor

"I had 2 rooms they were not dirty just dumpy. Both bath tubs had rust in them. There was no pool as advertised. no hot breakfasts just grab bags to go. Restrooms In Lobby was locked had to ask for key from manager. Walls had scuffed marks. When speaking to manager about conditions made excuses what advertised said had no knowledge what was being said explained 3rd party was the blame. I asked for refund."

"If you enjoy watching homeless people fight in the parking lot, this is the place for you. If you wish to get acquainted with the local police just so you can get out of your vehicle in the parking lot without being accosted or hurt by said fighting people, please stay here. The staff are rude. The entire trip was nothing short of a nightmare. Moved hotels less than 24 hours later and forfeited money to get away from this place. Avoid like the plague."

"While our overall experience was good. We had to move rooms due to noise. Not sure if the walls have no sound insulation. We had a disco going on at 12:00am. Moved from that room to fall asleep by 1am to them be woken up at 7:00am from the room next to us planning the entire day with the entire family in person and speakerphone. Other than that the rooms were clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful."

"The place is run down and dated. Rooms are dark, no iron, ironing board was broken. Bathroom light would not stay on, closet doors were missing. People hanging out in the hallway by the elevator charging their phones while taking on it and hanging out in their rooms with their door open like they live there."
