“Window to our first floor room was broken and wouldn’t lock. Asked to change rooms and were able to, so that was good. Staff was generally friendly, and provided basic support. I should’ve lowered my expectations based on the fact that it’s an “inn”, but had high hopes based on the strong reviews. Rooms were dated and both rooms smelled. Beds were clean enough and fine for 1 night. Stains on the carpet and throughout the bathroom, however. Gross. Worst part was the lack of sound proofing and……

“Baseboard heater clicking on and off kept from sleeping. This was in the second room- the first one was under other guests where we could hear them normal voice and their footsteps. The location to the lift is great but the sound insulation is terrible. ”

“The staff was super nice! The room was huge and very clean! The continental breakfast was good, but it was a bit sad that the restaurant has closed. There is a great pub/restaurant across the street! Plenty of free parking too. ”

“We had one of the apartments out back and it was really nice. The staff was very responsive and helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was very good and the waiter, Brian I think, was a very nice deadpan comedian. We enjoyed the hot tub too! The only thing we didn't appreciate was that it took about 10 minutes of running the water to get hot water for the sinks and showers. Not really a problem to wait, but it seems a waste of water.”
