Well the room was dirty and had several stains and the smoke detector was bad so it kept beeping all night. Didn’t eat breakfast since I was in a rush because check in and check out took longer than I expected even for booking through Expedia . When we pulled up to park we were greeted by police sirens going by and people screaming and cursing at each other out in the parking lot thought I was going to have to sleep in the car since people seemed to like to hang around the parking lot.

We didn't eat breakfast but parking was great it was available right in front door. We stayed 2 nights the first room we had the first night the toilet was broken,bed was broken and bowed in middle and ac didn't work but the next morning went down told them they were so nice and went to check and they moved us rooms for 2nd night then that TV didn't work she had someone come fix it. But they r really nice people and are remodeling the hotel so it's taking time to fix everything from last owners so it's understandable but the employees are great and location is great and as soon as the remodel is completed we will come back they just are trying to get the kinks worked out

Let me start by saying this place is NOTHING like the pictures. You get an I need to shower vibe when you walk in, it's very outdated , when we got to our room there were ROACHES crawling on the wall, the room was dirty, there was no protection over the mattress, i know this because i felt the need to check for bed bugs which there was not thankfully. The sheets were even on inside out with only one pillow per bed, No bathroom Amenities like stated, there was no shampoo soap, nothing. I do want to mention, however, the guy at the front desk was more than kind and apologetic, and did everything he could to help us get a refund.

There was trash throughout the hallway and the whole place smells. We were there a whole 10 minutes. Booked a different hotel and left.

We needed a bed for a one night stopover. This property met that need just fine. The property is going through a remodel, so it wasn't real clean or organized.. but they are trying. The room itself was very clean, although a, little dated. Front dest staff was courteous and helpful, even with a difficult sign in (thanks expedia.... Not). For the price, it did fine.

My room was non smoking, but you could not tell. I walked in to dirty walls, dirty beds and mismatched curtains. The bathroom was clean, but old. The staff was pleasant. I did not eat breakfast.

I do not know of any hot tub. There was an outdoor pool of some kind, however, the weather was far too cool to be out in it. There was a terrible odor from the moment I stepped into the building. The elevator was a bit too small for my liking. The condition of the room was very poor. The staff were polite. It would not ever be my choice of environments ever and I would not recommend anyone to stay there. The positive side of this is the facility is in the process of renovating part of the building.

Toilets don't flush let front desk know. They said it was an issue for second floor we got a plunger still didn't flush. Eventually they went down in their time thank goodness it was only pee. Very run down. We left for breakfast so can't let you know what that looked like. You are right next door to a strip club just so you know we had no clue. There is restraunt attached we didn't go but looked like steady traffic. Car was safe overnight even though parking lot looked shady. Only bonus close to hospital.
