Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, which made for a great first impression. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay didn’t live up to the same standard.
For the price paid, I expected better service. Housekeeping did not service my room at all during my 4-day stay—I had to repeatedly call for fresh towels, linen, and to request vacuuming. The air conditioning was also a major issue; the room never got truly cool, which made things uncomfortable during the hot summer days. I wasn’t the only one—other guests mentioned the same problem.
On a positive note, the pool area was clean and provided a relaxing space for my family, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.
One more thing to note: parking is not included. At $10 per night, I’m glad we didn’t bring a car, but for the overall cost of the stay, parking really should be included.
Overall, while there were some good aspects, I don’t feel the experience matched the price. Daily housekeeping should be standard, and the AC issues need to be addressed.
