"Room 107 was clean and well decorated. It was a family room which was too big for two but it was the only room available on the dates we were staying.
Staff very friendly.
Breakfast freshly cooked and delicious.

"Friendly place with good service in a great location. While my room was a little small and the bathroom needs more shelf space it was in great condition, comfortable and spotlessly clean"
" There is a chef to cook breakfasts from a surprisingly varied menu or to order. The food and staff are excellent. Location is extremely convenient with St Andrew University graduation ceremonies literally across the street. Grocery, pharmacy, excellent dining options, great pubs all within a three minute walk. Free parking on street, but these are likely to fill up during the working day very quickly. Spaces generally open up after 5pm. Will stay here the next time I'm in town."
