We know the area very well and it’s very unique to find a newer modern rental as the area has so many old buildings due to the rich history. Did I Say Clean. We very much appreciated the care taken by the owners as we have stayed in some not so clean rentals.

Comfy and oh so convenient!

Loved this wonderfully renovated spot right in Main Street within walking distance of everything. Views were great snd we enjoyed exploring the area including light hikes, antiquing and local history. Highly recommend!

Summer away from the heat

We spent 4 weeks during the summer of 2024 in this charming VRBO. The location is great, a very short walk to the main area of St. Andrews. The views from the two back decks was spectacular. Our host Karen reached out to us a few times to make sure everything was all right. The house was well appointed and comfortable. We will definitely recommend it!

This cottage is so stunning in person. The view of the ocean from the upper balcony is so breathtaking, the apple blossoms were out and made the lower deck look like it was out of a magazine. Check-in was seamless, communication was prompt. The property was clean and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend.

Fun weekend for a party of 4!

My boyfriend and I stayed here with my parents for an awesome long weekend of golf and hanging out. The property was just as described, very clean and beautiful. Karen was super responsive and helpful, the location was great and the beds super comfortable. What more could you want?

Fantastic stay!!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay in this fantastic rental. While the photos are spot on, it's even more impressive in person. The place has been beautifully remodeled and is super comfortable, whether you're enjoying the space indoors or on any of the 3 decks. The location is fantastic, right on the town's adorable main street, in walking distance of everything. The owner/host is wonderful, super attentive and accommodating. We cannot recommend this location or rental property enough and already plan to return next year.

This is a lovely cottage with gorgeous decor and view of the water. A really beautiful place. Beware the description of “bedroom 3” as it’s simply the sofa in the main living area with a very hard mattress on the pull out bed. Other than the bed, the place was amazing and worth a 5 star rating.

Wonderful gem in the heart of Saint Andrews!

From initial booking to unlocking the door was an efficient process. The homeowner was quick to respond to any questions. The home was immaculate, well stocked with pantry items and included laundry on site. The top back deck had a lovely afternoon/evening view of the dock. We were comfortable surrounded by quality furnishings and finishes throughout the home. We enjoyed room for everyone to have their quiet space and easily walked the down town often and to the Algonquin Resort.

Fabulous place!

Karen and Dave's house is truly lovely. Four of us stayed (two couples) and loved every minute of it. The house is very well appointed with all the extra touches (no need to get dishwashing liquid or laundry soap - all supplied). The upper and lower decks have a wonderful view of the harbour (especially the upper). We had trouble figuring out the TV (no youngsters with us). Karen e-mailed back and forth with us until we got it. Her patience was much appreciated. The location is ideal, within easy walking distance of many nice restaurants, the lovely Kingsbrae gardens and some nice shops. We biked around town and on the Van Horne trail which isn't long but is pretty and mostly paved so an easy ride. A visit to Minister's Island is well worth it. We also did a day trip to Campobello and enjoyed it very much. We were always happy to get home to Karen and Dave's beautiful house and highly recommend it as a place to relax and enjoy beautiful Saint Andrews.

Beautiful property in great location

This was our second stay at this property. Beautifully styled with thoughtful touches. We love being close to the local coffee shop and our favourite restaurant in the area. Check in and out was seamless and the property owner was quick to respond. We can’t wait to return for another stay.

Great Place

Very clean & roomy. Right in the towns decor. Trees should be cut back a bit as it obstructs the view on the top & lower balconies, but as I said very clean & roomy which is what anyone wants when booking a rental.
