This beach escape is located just minutes from the beautiful beaches and downtown area of the U.S's Oldest city- St. Augustine. Take advantage of the great amenities including a comfortable living room , kitchen, and washer/dryer in the home. The fully fenced backyard is a great place to relax with a paver patio and seating for outdoor dining. Guests also have access to outdoor shower, beach chairs, and plenty of board games for the family to enjoy! Bring your furry friends!

This is an older but well maintained duplex. We had plenty of supplies for our 4 night stay. Short drive to beach and restaurants. Our dogs loved the fenced yard. Owners are very nice people. They responded to our requests very promptly.

Comfy, clean, and close

Great spot to stay for your visit to St. Augustine Beach. Nice, quiet neighborhood, easy access, close to everything, every drive to the beach. All new kitchen appliances and nice clean cooking pans. As with any Florida rental, bring a water filter pitcher with you for drinking! High sulfur content and taste (can't help it).
