Leases longer than 90-days will be billed separately for power & water. Rental restrictions: Minimum lease term is 30 days or longer, no more than two rentals per calendar year & no pets allowed. No smoking. Rentals less than 6 months a day are subject to an additional 10.5% Florida Resort tax.
