Wonderful Beach Getaway

This is our 4th time traveling to Vilano Beach with our family. The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make our time memorable.

Great Location on the ocean

Great spot directly on the ocean. If you are traveling with elderly or small children, just be aware that you have to climb very steep stairs to enter the property. Beautiful sunrise spot!

Beautiful and Relaxing

We stayed for a week with my children and parents and we had an absolute blast. Cleanliness was great, communication was great and the location is awesome. The views are phenomenal. We hope to visit again yearly after this trip. Everything exceeded our expectations by a long shot.

Ocean Vacation

Loved the house - very spacious and open- Amazing views!!! Perfect for family vacation except the driveway is very short and close to the road which was very busy and it concerned me with having toddlers and fur dogs so with the heavy traffic you did hear it at night when you were trying to sleep also being a pet friendly place there was no grass in sight which I didn’t think about with being right on the beach - that is on me. Overall it was a wonderful place and the views couldn’t be any better and saw wildlife every day

Awesome View

This house has an amazing view right on the beach, minutes from downtown st. augustine and a mile from a couple restaurants for vilano beach. House was clean, and kitchen supplies were great. Communication with owner was proactive and timely! Only slight down side was the road it is on is a bit noisy and that's the side the rooms are on...but didn't seem to be very late.

Wonderful views and beach access

This was a wonderful property. The floor plan is great for socializing throughout the day, and especially cooking and sharing meals together. The views from the home are excellent, with windows running the length of the home. Access to the beach is easy, even for elderly guests. Finally, if you like to cook, the kitchen is amazingly stocked and easy to navigate.

Good location. Driveway wall has blind spot that makes it tricky getting in and out. But every house on that road has the same issue.

Great accommodation in a perfect location

The home sits on the perfect beach-front location and within minutes to the sites of St. Augustine AND a Publix! The home was perfect for our family stay, it easily accommodated our party of 5. The home featured luxury appliances, more than adequate space and amazing unobstructed views of the ocean. The real star of the home is the ocean facing covered deck, perfect for morning coffee or a retreat from the sun that offers a great breeze. Hosts were great partners and the home was very clean upon arrival.

Peace and serenity

I recently stayed at the peaceful piece of paradise on the beach. There was more than enough room for all my friends get together with comfortable bedding, stunning views, and up-to-date appliances. I will be definitely renting this location out again, but will add on a few days. Perfect for going into Saint Augustine for the day of sightseeing, followed by relaxing on the patio watching the ocean.

70th birthday celebration weekend

The home is beautiful and spacious enough for a family celebration. Our family had a nice time. Amenities were good except for the fact that the 2 kitchen outlets did not work and neither did the microwave. We tried moving it to outlets that worked but it still didn’t work. It was inconvenient to reheat food and drinks on the stove.

Exceptional Beach House with Stunning Views and Well-Stocked Kitchen

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this beach house! It was clean and featured the most well-stocked kitchen of any rental we have ever stayed in. The location is fantastic, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. We traveled with an infant and had reached out through the iTrip app regarding the availability of a high chair and pack-and-play. We were informed that the property didn't have either, so we brought ours from home. To our pleasant surprise, upon arrival, we found both a high chair and a pack-and-play tucked away in one of the closets. One thing to note is that beach supplies were somewhat lacking compared to other homes we have rented, so be sure to bring your own. Despite this, our experience was amazing overall, and we hope to book this home again in the future.
